1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
- You may return or exchange a product if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the product.
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Products that are used, washed, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Discounted or clearance sale items
- Underwear, lingerie, or intimate wear
- Customized or made-to-order products
3. How to Request a Return or Exchange
- To request a return or exchange:

4. Return Process
- Once your request is approved, our courier partner will collect the item from your address.
- After inspection, we will send the replacement item or issue a refund (as applicable).
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and verify the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.
6. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange your product for a different size, color, or item:
- You must follow the same return process.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or wrong product:
- Take a clear photo/video and send it to our support team within 24 hours of receiving the item.
- We will arrange an immediate replacement or refund.
